How much would I need to pay for shipping? All items are inclusive the shipment cost.

How long will it take to receive my purchases? Please allow 7-14 working days(as we only bring in according to customers' orders, 1 batch by 1 batch)for local orders(Singapore), 15-20 working days for international orders. Estimated delivery dates are to be used as a guide only and commence from the date of dispatch. We are not responsible for any delays caused by destination customs clearance processes.

How often are deliveries made? We deliver Monday to Sunday, 10am to 6pm local time(Singapore).

Will I need to pay Custom Duties and Import Taxes? All relevant taxes and duties are already included in the product price. However they do not include any import duties and/or taxes that may be imposed by the country you are shipping to. As the recipient, you are liable for such duties and taxes payment of these may be necessary for the release of your order from customs upon arrival. If you are unsure about your country’s import duty and tax policy, we recommend that you contact your local customs authority to determine the landed cost price prior to purchase completion.

Can I return or exchange the items? No exchange or return of the items, unless otherwise you find that the item is non-authentic(can be done within 14 days) but there must be a letter of verification by professionals(this is only apply for oversea buyers). For local buyers(Singapore)we only accept face to face meet up to view the items before purchase and then deal on the spot(COD)/can be done by fund transfer optional.

Payment method:

-Full payment by fund transfer(to POSB)/COD, for local buyers(Singapore).

-Western Union/Telegraph Transfer(TT), for oversea buyers.

-All prices are in SGD.

-Free delivery for local buyers/by EMS to oversea buyers.
